Learning & Development Junior Associate

We are looking for a Learning & Development Junior Associate based in our offices in Athens – Kolonos to evolve our dynamics in Greece and Cyprus. The role reports to the People Experience & Development Manager.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and support the creation of personalized development plans.
• Coordinate and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars that are engaging and support continuous skill development.
• Assist in onboarding by facilitating orientation sessions and providing relevant resources to new hires.
• Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and evaluations to ensure ongoing improvement.
• Monitor and track training participation and progress across departments.
• Assist with various projects and support daily functions of the HR department.
• Stay informed about L&D trends and best practices.

Requirements

• BSc in Business, Psychology, Communications, or relevant field.
• Experience in equivalent position would be preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting others in their growth and development journey.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
