About The Role

  •  Actively identify and acquire new clients for Coface Debt Collection services.
  •   Generate and qualify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Present Coface solutions and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
  • Prepare tailored commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  •  Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Debt Collection business portfolio.
  • Follow up with new customers and support a smooth onboarding process.
  •  Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  •  Maintain accurate sales records and reports using existing IT tools.
  •  Collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree (professional or university level) in Economics, Business, or another relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience; or
  • Higher vocational degree in Economics, Business, or another relevant field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Croatian/Serbian.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
  • Experience in B2B sales and new business acquisition will be considered an advantage.
  • Native-level proficiency in Slovenian and permanent residency in Slovenia are required
