Key Responsibilities · Define business and monetization models for Kits and assets · Establish value realization metrics and ROI frameworks – Topline/Valuation impacts · Enable outcome-based pricing and value-linked engagements · Own portfolio-level economics and investment decisions · Chair portfolio governance forums
