Maintenance Lead/Maintenance Manager

To Attend/ Troubleshoot breakdowns in Shifts, provide immediate containment action, prepare analysis for Permanent actions. To maintain/procure spares as part of Spare Part Management system. To strive for zero breakdowns, zero defects and zero accidents(Safety) Machines Electrical functioning know-how like Servo Actuators, Drives, Motors etc. Machine PLC programming (Advanced) Machine LabView programming (Advanced) To Maintain/Procure spares as part of Spare Part Management system, To follow-up with Purchase & Supplier for SC/PO/Payment/Delivery To maintain R&M Budget & Calendarization Preventive Maintenance - Planning & execution of PM on Machines Predictive Maintenance and Equipment’s Health Check up Manpower handling & Shift management Team Skill enhancement Problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques Planning & Organizing (managing resources & forecasting) Resistance Welding knowledge, Crimping Knowledge, Additional Molding Knowledge. Fostering Teamwork (team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness, networking) Taking Initiatives & Fostering Innovation (Out of the box solutions) Good Communication skills

• Bachelor degree in engineering- Mechanical or Electrical. Professional experience (at least 5-6 years) in maintenance function, with Hands on experience, must be willing to come in Shifts, Sunday working as per requirement. Welding & Crimping Knowledge desired, Additional Molding Knowledge, Machine PLC and Labview Proramming Able to manage Technicians in Shift & prioritize breakdowns. MS Excel, powerpoint versed
