Water Mitigation Estimator

CWF Restoration is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Water Mitigation Estimator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of restoration estimating and insurance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of residential and commercial water damage losses.
• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate .
• Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance carriers, adjusters, and internal team members.
• Develop scopes of work and ensure projects are properly documented.
• Monitor job progress and update estimates as needed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the restoration process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Xactimate.
• Experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required .
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
