What you will be doing: Manage and coordinate activities within your designated kitchen section Prepare and cook dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu items Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in all food handling, preparation, and storage Train the team in cooking techniques and kitchen procedures Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the kitchen management Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist in cost control measures and minimizing food waste Ensure timely and efficient food service during peak hours Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Your experience and skills include: Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Good leadership and communication skills. Working knowledge of HACCP, inventory system, and culinary skills. Support the Head Chef in developing new dishes and menus based on the current trends. Well-groomed and a can-do attitude. Flexible with working hours and ability to work under pressure. Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
