What This Role Looks Like

• This is a true residential service plumber role , not construction.
• You will run service calls, diagnose problems, present solutions to homeowners, and complete smaller repairs on the spot.
• Larger installation jobs are passed to our installation team , allowing you to focus on diagnosing problems and serving customers.

Responsibilities include

• Diagnosing plumbing issues in residential homes
• Explaining repair options clearly to homeowners
• Completing plumbing repairs and smaller service jobs
• Identifying larger plumbing projects and passing to the installation team
• Delivering a five-star customer experience
• Maintaining professional communication with homeowners
• Following company standards and local plumbing codes

You will work closely with our service manager , who supports the team and helps ensure every customer receives excellent service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Our best service plumbers earn well into six figures because they are paid for the value they bring.
• Performance-based pay structure
• 💰 $80,000 – $150,000+ earning potential

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years residential service plumbing experience
• Proven experience diagnosing plumbing problems in occupied homes
• Strong experience communicating directly with homeowners
• Ability to explain repair options and pricing clearly
• Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation environment
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license with a good driving record
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Drug-free workplace

Experience working for a residential service plumbing company is required.
