As a Beverage Solutions Associate , you will support the Beverage Solutions team in bringing beverage applications and ideas to life for customers. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, support customer demonstrations and sampling activities, and contribute to creating engaging beverage experiences. A day in the life of a Beverage Solutions Associate Support beverage ideation and application activities for Key Accounts and regional customers Prepare RTD samples for Key Account and regional customer sampling sessions Support beverage preparation and execution during customer and company events Assist with machine demonstrations and customer sampling activities Support new customer installations, including I-Audit and training activities Co-manage the Customer Experience Centre (CEC) as a platform for demonstrations, customer engagement and capability building Provide training support to the internal Sales team, including Nuts & Bolts and WPSS Champion Training Act as a presenter for beverage applications during workshops, customer sessions and content creation Keep up to date with beverage trends, machinery and mixology What will make you successful 1–2 years of experience in a café environment with hands-on coffee-making experience Basic barista skills, including espresso preparation and milk steaming Strong interest in beverage applications, machinery and mixology Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin Possess own means of transport for work travelling purposes SCA certification or equivalent barista certification would be an added advantage What you can expect You will have the opportunity to build your beverage expertise through hands-on exposure to customer engagement, demonstrations, events and training. This role also provides a clear development pathway towards a Beverage Solutions Specialist role, with the career progression of Junior Barista → Beverage Solutions Specialist.
