Alliance One International is a prominent independent leaf tobacco merchant dedicated to serving the world's largest cigarette manufacturers. With a rich history rooted in industry expertise, the company specializes in selecting, purchasing, processing, packing, storing, and shipping leaf tobacco globally, while also providing agronomy and financing support in developing markets.

This is a seasonal position. The season is expected to start in September 2026 and end February or March 2026
Brings tobacco into area and removes from area
Takes piles and/or boxes to designated areas to be weighed
Must be able to load, unload, and stack packages according to department procedures
Is responsible for safety of others
Others duties as assigned by Lead (including General Laborer duties, lifting/handling at least 70 lbs, cleaning)
Good overall understanding of the objectives of the department
Must have good communication skills
Must be able to read and write
Have the basic ability to operate specific equipment in area of assignment under the direction of salaried staff.
Must be dependable and able to work with minimal supervision
Must have some problem solving skills
Must be able to work different shifts as required by work load
Must be able to climb and work at elevated heights as required by job
