About the Role

A private household in Dubai, UAE is seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and family-oriented Personal Trainer & Children’s Health Educator to work closely with the family and support the physical development, fitness, and health education of both parents and children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human anatomy, exercise science, fitness, and child development, with the ability to adapt training and educational activities to different ages and fitness levels.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized fitness and training sessions for the parents and children.
Design age-appropriate exercises and activities that promote strength, mobility, coordination, and overall fitness.
Introduce children to basic human anatomy, body awareness, movement, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits through engaging and educational activities.
Monitor the family’s progress and adapt training programs according to individual needs.
Create a positive, motivating, and safe environment for the entire family.
Based in the UAE
Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, Sports Coach, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, and physical fitness.
Experience working with children.
Ability to make fitness and health education engaging and age-appropriate.
Relevant fitness, sports science, physical education, or related certification preferred.
Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.
Professional, patient, energetic, trustworthy, and family-oriented.
