About The Role

  • Monitor compliance of all fleet vehicles with applicable transport and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and regularly update vehicle compliance records and documentation.
  • Track expiry and renewal of RC, insurance, PUC, fitness certificates, permits, road tax, and other statutory documents .
  • Coordinate vehicle inspections, fitness tests, PUC testing, and other mandatory checks.
  • Ensure vehicles are operated only with valid and up-to-date documentation.
  • Conduct periodic compliance audits and identify gaps or non-compliance.
  • Coordinate with RTOs, authorized agencies, insurance providers, workshops, and other external stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain a compliance calendar and provide advance alerts for upcoming renewals.
  • Investigate and follow up on vehicle-related violations, challans, notices, and regulatory issues.
  • Ensure corrective actions are completed within defined timelines.
  • Monitor compliance with company vehicle safety policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with drivers and fleet teams regarding documentation, inspections, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly compliance reports for management.
  • Maintain records of incidents, violations, penalties, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and updated documentation.
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend preventive measures.
  • Ensure proper filing and secure maintenance of physical and digital vehicle records.
