About The Role

Monitor compliance of all fleet vehicles with applicable transport and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and regularly update vehicle compliance records and documentation.
Track expiry and renewal of RC, insurance, PUC, fitness certificates, permits, road tax, and other statutory documents .
Coordinate vehicle inspections, fitness tests, PUC testing, and other mandatory checks.
Ensure vehicles are operated only with valid and up-to-date documentation.
Conduct periodic compliance audits and identify gaps or non-compliance.
Coordinate with RTOs, authorized agencies, insurance providers, workshops, and other external stakeholders as required.
Maintain a compliance calendar and provide advance alerts for upcoming renewals.
Investigate and follow up on vehicle-related violations, challans, notices, and regulatory issues.
Ensure corrective actions are completed within defined timelines.
Monitor compliance with company vehicle safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with drivers and fleet teams regarding documentation, inspections, and compliance requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly compliance reports for management.
Maintain records of incidents, violations, penalties, inspections, and corrective actions.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and updated documentation.
Identify compliance risks and recommend preventive measures.
Ensure proper filing and secure maintenance of physical and digital vehicle records.
