Trainer - Delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the diverse needs of the Adani Group’s business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate behavioral training into broader talent development strategies.
• Develop and deliver high-impact training modules focusing on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and other critical behavioral competencies.
• Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the ROI of training programs and ensure continuous improvement.
• Partner with external training providers and industry experts to bring cutting-edge methodologies and best practices to the organization.
• Drive the adoption of digital learning platforms and tools to enhance the accessibility and scalability of behavioral training programs.
• Align training initiatives with the Skills and Education unit’s mission to build a skilled workforce that meets the evolving needs of the Adani Group’s diverse business portfolio.
• Proven expertise in training delivery, with at least 10 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale training programs.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex training projects in a corporate environment.
