Customer Service Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role located in New   Cairo  for a  Customer Service Specialist .

Your  day-to-day responsibilities  will include

•  Handling customer interactions with  efficiency  and  empathy .
•  Providing  tailored solutions  to meet customer needs.
•  Ensuring a  positive customer experience  through  effective communication  and  professional phone etiquette .

What we’re looking for

•  Fluency in English  is a MUST (B2/C1)
•  Strong skills in  Customer Service  &  Customer Support  
•   Problem-solving ,  active listening , &  attention to detail  
•  Experience in a  customer-facing role  and familiarity with  CRM tools  is a plus! 
•   Flexibility  with  night & overnight shifts  is essential
