Job Description

Job Summary**

Oversee daily operations and lead a team within a designated department of our hypermarket, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient stock management, and achievement of sales targets.

Job Responsibilities**

Supervise and motivate a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation, merchandising standards, and minimizing shrinkage.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Contribute to achieving departmental sales goals and operational efficiency through effective planning and execution.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting as required.
Collaborate with other supervisors and management to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.
Implement promotional activities and displays to attract customers and drive sales.

Job Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role within a hypermarket or large retail environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Proven problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
