Job Description

Job Summary**

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient production within the refinery, maintaining safety standards and optimizing processes for SD Guthrie International Morakot Public Company Limited.

Job Responsibilities**

Supervise and lead a team of refinery operators and technicians, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
Monitor and control refinery processes, including distillation, cracking, and blending, to meet production targets and quality specifications.
Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, identifying and addressing potential issues or malfunctions.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and preventative maintenance activities.
Analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare and maintain accurate production records, reports, and logs.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

Job Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in refinery operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of refinery processes, equipment, and control systems.
In-depth knowledge of safety procedures, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and control systems.
