About The Role

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including infrastructure, applications, digital transformation, and system implementation initiatives.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance frameworks.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and external vendors to understand requirements and expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and status reporting.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to senior management.

Team Leadership

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising developers, infrastructure specialists, analysts, and third-party vendors.
  • Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and resolve project-related issues.
  • Foster collaboration and ensure effective knowledge sharing among team members.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues appropriately.
  • Ensure timely resolution of project roadblocks to minimize business impact.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities.
  • Evaluate and coordinate with technology vendors and service providers.
  • Track project expenditures and ensure effective cost control.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and security guidelines.
  • Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, compliance records, and audit requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive process improvements and adoption of best practices in project management.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital innovation.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 3–5 years in project management roles.
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide IT projects involving applications, infrastructure, cloud, ERP, or digital transformation programs.
  • Exposure to vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
