Responsibilities

Drive sales growth in the CCTV, security systems, and access control sectors
Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the company's market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in the security industry.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate agreements and contracts with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction post-sale.
Stay informed about the latest technologies and developments in security systems.
Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs to enhance performance.
Mentor and support junior members of the business development team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Security Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the CCTV or security systems sector
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting business relationships.
Excellent understanding of security technologies and industry trends.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
