Responsibilities

Teaming with Sales Representatives on sales calls and visits and acting as a technical consultant to provide prospective customers with technical information and perform product demonstrations to assist with their purchasing decision; Works with vendors, partners, and sales to ensure that optimum systems solutions are provided to new and existing customers.
Running demo samples in demo lab; Develops and applies methods and new techniques to provide solutions to customers.
Provide software and application training, trouble shooting, method develop in post-sales support.
Understand customers’ current and future needs and design related application strategy.
Interact with the scientific and industry community and market via key applications publications, conference presentations, and patents.
Be a team player.

Basic Qualifications

Master’s degree or above in analytical chemistry, materials or related field.
3 years of experience and demonstrated method development capability with AA/ICP/ICP-MS systems, especially in semiconductors, advance materials, metals and other industries.
Ability to manage and leverage on external and internal resources to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
Strong communication ability and teamwork capabilities.
Self-driven and continuously learning ability.
