Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage clients in the Hubei provincial government system, corporate clients, as well as some university clients.
  • Promote a comprehensive range of instruments and equipment for quality control and unknown substance analysis, encompassing inorganic product lines such as inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), molecular spectroscopy product lines like infrared spectrometers, material product lines such as TGA-IR-GCMS combined systems, as well as chromatography product lines including gas chromatographs and gas chromatography-mass spectrometers, along with associated pre-treatment equipment and relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with distributors and channel partners to expand market coverage and drive brand adoption.
  • Drive the development of sales channels, manage sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, and complete projects to achieve or exceed annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in analytical instruments or adjacent technical fields, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Sichuan provincial government ecosystem and the third-party testing market, including key stakeholders, application areas, and emerging trends.
  • Proven experience working with distributors and channel partners.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to deliver results independently in a fast-paced environment.
