Por meio da construção de relacionamentos, conhecimento dos produtos e uma abordagem consultiva de vendas, você ajudará os clientes a descobrir soluções que aprimorem a forma como vivem e trabalham.

Como membro-chave da equipe do showroom, você contribuirá para dar vida à marca Herman Miller, criando experiências memoráveis, desenvolvendo relacionamentos duradouros com clientes e impulsionando o desempenho de vendas em um ambiente de varejo premium.

Responsabilidades

• Gerenciar carteira de clientes com foco em relacionamentos de longo prazo.
• Conduzir toda a jornada de vendas e pós-vendas, garantindo uma experiência premium ao cliente.
• Alcançar metas mensais de vendas e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho.
• Gerenciar problemas e atuar de forma proativa na resolução de questões.
• Colaborar com a equipe para atingir objetivos coletivos.
• Utilizar plataformas digitais como VTEX , Odoo e Specit .
• Apoiar as operações do showroom.
• Demonstrar forte senso de responsabilidade e protagonismo.
• Conhecimento em operações de e-commerce será considerado um diferencial.

Requisitos

• Inglês intermediário.
• Espanhol será considerado um diferencial.
• Experiência no mercado de luxo e/ou mobiliário de alto padrão.
• Perfil proativo, comunicativo e orientado para resultados.
• Conhecimento do pacote Microsoft Office.
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar de segunda-feira a sábado.
• Trabalho presencial em Vila Nova Conceição – São Paulo, Brasil.

We are seeking a passionate and customer focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Herman Miller Showroom team in São Paulo. This role is responsible for delivering an elevated client experience while representing one of the world's most iconic design brands. Through relationship building, product expertise, and a consultative sales approach, you will help customers discover solutions that enhance the way they live and work.

As a key member of the showroom team, you will help bring the Herman Miller brand to life by creating memorable experiences, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales performance in a premium retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Client portfolio management with a focus on long-term relationships.
• Sales and after-sales journey, ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Monthly sales targets achievement and performance tracking.
• Problem management and proactive issue resolution.
• Team collaboration to achieve collective goals.
• Use of digital platforms such as VTEX, Odoo, and Specit.
• Support with show room operations
• Sense of ownership
• Knowledge in e-commerce operations it will be considered.

Requirements

• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Spanish as a differential.
• Experience in luxury market and/or high-end furniture.
• Proactive, communicative, and results-driven profile.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Schedule Monday to Saturday
• Onsite Vila Nova Conceição – São Paulo, Brazil
