About The Role
- 1.Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the organization’s digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and innovation across functions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define digital priorities and KPIs.
- Program & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives (e.g., system implementation, process automation, data platforms).
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Ensure alignment between IT, Operations units, and external vendors.
- Business Process Improvement
- Analyze current processes and identify inefficiencies.
- Design and implement optimized workflows using digital tools (RPA, AI, ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Promote lean and agile methodologies.
- Change Management & Adoption
- Drive organizational change by promoting digital mindset and culture.
- Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs.
- Ensure high user adoption of new systems and technologies.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between business, IT, and external partners.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Influence decision-making at leadership level.
- Data & Analytics Enablement
- Promote data-driven decision-making practices.
- Support development of dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure data governance and integrity practices are followed.
- Vendor & Technology Management
- Evaluate and select digital tools, platforms, and vendors.
- Manage relationships with technology providers and consultants.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture
