Responsibilities

Lead clinical and operational activities for Labor & Delivery
Oversee staffing, retention, performance, and staff development
Drive quality improvement initiatives and department goals
Collaborate with clinical educators, CNS, providers, and nursing leadership

Department Overview

30 labor beds
9-bed OB Emergency Department
4 OB operating rooms
BSN from an accredited nursing program, or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within 2 years
Active Washington RN license
Current AHA BLS certification
3+ years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
1+ year of first-line management experience preferred
MSN or related Master's Degree preferred
