Sales Support

Responsibilities / Tasks

Prepare quotations according to client needs.
Manage customer purchase orders in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Record daily activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Interact with internal and external clients by phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Actively follow up on open quotations.
Respond to client inquiries via email or phone.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Título profesional en carreras afines a procesos productivos y/o administración.
Experiencia en ventas, servicio técnico y/o administración.
Experiencia en procesos de producción.
1 o 2 años de experiencia en ventas o perfil comercial
Nivel Intermedio de inglés B1 – B2. Parte del proceso será en inglés.
Conocimientos avanzados de Sheets (Excel), Slides (PowerPoint) Power BI
Conocimiento de SAP (se considerará un plus).
La posición tiene un modalidad de trabajo hibrida, la cual deberás contar con disponibilidad de movilizarte hasta nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Santa fe, Ciudad de Mexico
