About The Role

Purpose: Responsible for arranging transportation operations and activities for product-related materials and parts. This includes planning, liaising, and confirming with sub-contracting service providers to receive and return materials/parts to support operations fulfilments.

Key Area of Responsibilities

Manage product-related materials/parts from internally in accordance with VDL operational Procedures.
Prepare the transit documents for administrative before dispatch of product to Supplier.
Handling non-conforming part by returning and receiving product from internal and supplier
Maintain safety and security of the sub-con area to ensure a safe work environment.
Support in transport booking for internal & external use to ensure deliverables are met.
Liaise with supplier for collection to rework parts.
Prepare labels with details (E.g. Project code, production order number, and quantities) according to individual folders and paste them on the components and parts.
Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
