About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong organizational and technical skills for the position of Data Analyst. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and emerging AI technologies, helping drive business insights, enable informed decision‑making, and support the rapid scaling of data‑driven initiatives across the organization.

About The Role

In this role, you will

  • Communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization, including senior leaders and executives.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to drive assigned tasks and projects to completion.
  • Engage with stakeholders, business analysts, and project teams to understand financial and operational data requirements.
  • Design and apply analytical frameworks to address business problems and uncover actionable insights.
  • Explore, analyze, and visualize multiple datasets to understand data availability, quality, and suitability for analytics.
  • Support the design of semantic models, data marts, or operational data stores to enable scalable reporting and analytics.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and/or Tableau, and extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Present insights and recommendations through PowerPoint, dashboards, and data storytelling.

Contribute to the adoption of AI‑enabled analytics, including

  • Supporting Generative AI–driven analytics use cases
  • Assisting with AI agents or conversational analytics to enable self‑service insights
  • Leveraging AI to improve data discovery, reporting efficiency, and decision support
  • Support analytics initiatives on cloud‑based data platforms, working with modern data stacks and transformation workflows

About You

You’re a strong fit for this role if your background includes

  • Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent
  • Experience: 0–2 years of relevant corporate or internship experience

Location: Bangalore, India

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Hands‑on experience or strong exposure to BI / OLAP semantic models for large‑scale data warehouse or data lake environments (e.g., Snowflake) using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric.
  • Ability to understand and map the end‑to‑end data journey from source systems through transformations to enterprise repositories (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Master Data, etc.).
  • Foundational understanding of cloud‑based data platforms and modern analytics engineering concepts, including Snowflake and dbt‑based data transformations.
  • Understanding of BI and data architecture principles, best practices, and continuous optimization.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies, data warehousing, visualization, and analytics tools.
  • Foundational knowledge or strong interest in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, particularly in the context of analytics and decision support.

Professional Skills

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance attention to detail and big‑picture thinking.

Ability to identify opportunities to enhance business outcomes through cross‑functional collaboration.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.

Ability to navigate complex organizations, systems, and processes while building strong collaborative relationships
