About The Role

A leading government healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking qualified and experienced Urologists to join its specialist surgical team. The successful candidates will provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of a wide range of urological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and manage adult urological conditions.
Perform urological procedures and surgeries according to expertise.
Manage urinary tract, kidney, bladder, prostate, and male reproductive conditions.
Perform and interpret relevant diagnostic investigations.
Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
Manage urological emergencies when required.
Collaborate with radiologists, oncologists, nephrologists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate clinical records and surgical documentation.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

MBBS/MBChB or equivalent medical degree.
MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Urology .
Relevant post-specialization experience according to the position level.
Strong experience in general urology and urological surgery.
Experience in endourology, laparoscopy, stone management, uro-oncology, or robotic surgery is an advantage.
Excellent clinical judgment, surgical skills, and patient-management abilities.
Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
Candidates with UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board qualifications are highly encouraged to apply.
