Responsibilities

Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.

Lead projects from concept through final production, contributing to ideation, hands-on execution, and art direction while maintaining exceptional creative quality and craftsmanship.

Develop integrated campaigns and visual experiences that align with brand strategy, client objectives, and audience engagement goals, connecting tactical execution to broader business objectives.

Translate customer insights, clinical data, and market trends into compelling visual communications across print, digital, social, and omnichannel experiences.

Partner closely with copy leads, developers, and cross-functional teams to shape content hierarchy, visual storytelling, and strategically sound creative solutions that balance innovation, scientific accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Maintain a consistent, recognizable visual language across channels, anticipating the brand impact of creative decisions and revisions.

Step beyond the brief when appropriate to elevate creative thinking, champion emerging technologies and best practices, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing creative culture.

Present creative concepts confidently to internal teams and clients, clearly articulating strategic rationale and visual approaches.

Mentor and coach Art Directors and Designers through thoughtful art direction, constructive feedback, and collaborative project planning.

Work independently on initiatives of varying scope, incorporating feedback efficiently and delivering high-quality work with minimal revision rounds.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of advertising agency experience, with pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience preferred.

Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, art direction, and integrated campaign development across print, digital, social, and omnichannel channels.

Exceptional visual storytelling skills with a strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and design principles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to confidently articulate creative rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.

Proven ability to mentor and develop creative talent while effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and a working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory review processes (FDA, OPDP, PAAB, ASC); familiarity with emerging AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
