Job Summary

Greenlife Gardens is seeking a Mow Crew Team Member to support daily lawn care and grounds maintenance operations while delivering high-quality service safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens’ standards. This is a hands-on position focused on mowing, trimming, and maintaining properties while contributing to a professional and productive jobsite.

Responsibilities

Perform routine lawn care services including mowing, edging, and trimming
Follow daily work plans and direction provided by the Mow Crew Foreman
Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and properly, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Assist with seasonal services including spring and fall cleanups
Work efficiently to help routes stay on schedule and within budgeted labor hours
Participate in snow removal operations during winter months when scheduled (shoveling, plowing, salting as needed)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment
Support other crew members as needed to complete daily service objectives
Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients and coworkers

Qualifications

1-Year commercial mowing experience required
Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
Ability to safely operate (or willingness to learn) mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Must be able to clearly communicate in English
Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
Previous mowing, lawn care, or grounds maintenance experience preferred but not required
