About The Role

Responsibilities

Research, design, and manage algorithms and flowcharts; translate business requirements into efficient backend code.
Write high-quality reusable code, develop quality assurance procedures, and maintain a strong focus on writing test specs.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software while recommending and executing technical improvements.
Set up projects from scratch, including service design, fault-tolerant architecture, and technical documentation.
Deploy software tools and processes, ensuring microservices are scalable and high-performing in high-load environments.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and the Business team to evaluate user feedback.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Ruby Developer.
Strong experience in backend development with a focus on Ruby on Rails .
Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (SQL Clusters) and NoSQL ( Cassandra, MongoDB ), along with caching strategies.
Proven understanding of Microservices , service scalability, and fault-tolerant design.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CentOS/CoreOS , and Cloud Providers ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ).
Solid understanding of DNS, IPv6, network protocols, and software security best practices.
Ability to build libraries/plugins (e.g., Gems, Hex, Pip, Npm modules).
Experience with Localization (L10n) and Internationalization (i18n) .
