Parking Lot Attendant

Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and organized parking environment for employees, visitors, and contractors . This position provides parking directives, regulates construction traffic, monitors compliance with parking regulations, issues citations for violations and reports safety and security concerns. The attendant serves as a visible presence to deter unauthorized activities and promote a positive guest experience while ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians throughout the property. This role is part of the A&G Division , reporting to the Security Management Team . Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Monitor parking lots, garages, and designated parking areas to ensure safety, security, and compliance with property regulations.
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic, provide parking instructions, and maintain orderly parking operations while reducing congestion.
• Verify compliance with hotel parking rules, permits, and designated parking assignments; issue parking warnings and citations for violations.

What You Will Bring

• Previous experience in parking operations, security, traffic control, construction site access control, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees, contractors, and management.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and remain calm in high-traffic or stressful situations.
• Basic computer and report writing skills.
• A valid driver's license may be required .
• . Knowledge of Hotel parking regulations, traffic control practices, and enforcement procedures.
• Ability to identify and report safety, security, and construction-related concerns.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

What To Expect

• Full time s chedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
