Business Development Manager – Loan Against Property| Pune

• The BDM – LAP is responsible for driving Loan Against Property and secured business loan products through mapped branches (8-12) and direct sourcing.
• The role requires full ownership of the file journey from lead generation to disbursement and customer service while ensuring profitable and compliant business growth.
• Source LAP and secured loan products via branches and direct channels.
• Achieve disbursement and profitability targets as per business plan.
• Train and activate branch teams and alternate channels for lead generation.
• Manage end-to-end customer journeys including documentation, disbursement, and service.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive cross-sell of insurance and liability products (SA/CA/TD).
• Maintain portfolio quality and manage delinquencies and timely closure of PDDs
• Provide regular MIS and performance updates to reporting manager.

MBA/ Graduate
