Job Summary

Full Circle Recruiting is seeking dependable and motivated Entry-Level Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing.

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications.
Use basic hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
Follow drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
Inspect completed work for defects and quality issues.
Perform basic measurements as required.
Maintain accurate production documentation.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Meet daily quality and production expectations.
Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
No previous manufacturing experience required.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
