What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions in French and English .
• Facilitate onboarding, product, process, and soft-skills training.
• Coach and support learners through their development journey.
• Identify performance gaps and provide targeted feedback and improvement plans.
• Partner closely with Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from training to production.
• Support the creation and continuous improvement of training materials, e-learning content, and learning initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

What You'll Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or a similar role.
• Experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, or Operations environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• French (C1+) and English (C1+) are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
