About The Role
As a DevOps Engineer reporting to the Senior Director of Software Engineering, you'll play a critical role in designing and building cloud-native infrastructure and automation capabilities that power Nasdaq's Eqlipse CSD platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop provisioning and deployment pipelines that drive platform reliability and scalability.
- Set up and manage cloud accounts and environments across development, QA, performance, and UAT stages for multiple clients.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure to improve system performance.
- Automate manual processes to enhance developer experience, efficiency, and team productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Several years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and automation.
- Proficiency working with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, agile, and globally distributed teams.
- Commitment to knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous team development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Kafka and distributed systems architecture.
- Background or genuine interest in fintech, clearing, or regulated financial services.
This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
