About The Role

As a DevOps Engineer reporting to the Senior Director of Software Engineering, you'll play a critical role in designing and building cloud-native infrastructure and automation capabilities that power Nasdaq's Eqlipse CSD platform.

You'll thrive in this position if you're collaborative, tech-savvy, and passionate about cloud technology, automation, and developer experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop provisioning and deployment pipelines that drive platform reliability and scalability.
  • Set up and manage cloud accounts and environments across development, QA, performance, and UAT stages for multiple clients.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure to improve system performance.
  • Automate manual processes to enhance developer experience, efficiency, and team productivity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and automation.
  • Proficiency working with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
  • Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, agile, and globally distributed teams.
  • Commitment to knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous team development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of Kafka and distributed systems architecture.
  • Background or genuine interest in fintech, clearing, or regulated financial services.

This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
