What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate support with day-to-day living activities.
Follow individualized care plans with guidance from our experienced team.
Document and monitor client progress, behavior, and daily activities.
Provide transportation and encourage participation in meaningful activities.
Be a trusted, reliable presence in our clients’ lives by helping create safe, supportive days that promote dignity, comfort, and connection.

Current Positions Available

Direct Care Workers: Full-time availability for 2nd shift | 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Direct Care Workers: Full-time availability for 3rd shift | 12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

We are looking for candidates who

Have a high school diploma or GED.
Are flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Have a genuine passion for helping others.
Are willing to complete a background check and reference verification.
Are at least 21 years old.
