Global Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment across the EU & US. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong hands-on recruiting skills with a structured, data-driven approach and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers in an international environment.

As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of tech and/or non-tech roles, support consistent hiring practices, and help ensure effective and high-quality hiring across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of tech and/or non-tech roles across the EU & US
• Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the full recruitment process, from intake to offer
• Support structured hiring standards, including interviews, calibration frameworks and feedback templates
• Advise and support hiring managers on effective hiring practices
• Lead recruitment for critical and senior roles when needed
• Actively source and attract top talent for key positions
• Manage and optimize external agencies and recruitment vendors, including deciding when and how to leverage them
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring quality and efficiency
• Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience across regions
• Support the effective use of our ATS (Recruitee) across the organization
