Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Assist in preparing and submitting tax filings (corporate & indirect (SST, Withholding, etc).
- Ensure timely compliance with tax authorities, laws and regulations.
- Support tax audits and coordinate with external consultants when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tax-related matters.
Performance Monitoring
- Track financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and highlight key variances for Group CFO clearance.
- Work with sales and production teams to understand and refine pricing and costing structure for profitability analysis.
- Monitor and inculcate discipline in budget control with other departments.
Financial Planning
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
- Prepare monthly forecast reports for Group CFO clearance.
- Help build financial models and scenarios to support decision-making on projects and new business ventures.
- Perform customer credit assessments for customer onboarding.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in finance, accounting, or tax.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing operation will be an added advantage.
- Professional Certificate i.e Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) etc. is highly preferred.
