Job Description

  • Serve as an expert on equity markets and multi-asset solutions; translate complex market insights into actionable investment themes and high-conviction trading ideas.
  • Design and review tailored investment proposals, with a specific focus on direct equity positioning, thematic baskets, and equity-linked structured products.
  • Lead investment discussions in client meetings and pitch rehearsals, demonstrating professional authority to win mandates and deepen client trust.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the front office on equity fundamental analysis, market trends, and new product launches.
  • Ensure strict adherence to sales conduct guidelines.
  • Maintain and enhance investment professionalism.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products.
  • At least 5 years of experience in wealth management, with exposure to client-facing roles, and a proven track record as an Equity Specialist, IC, or Buy-side Analyst.
  • Strong market awareness and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg and proficiency in advanced MS Excel.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
