About The Role
The roles
Reporting into the GM Transformation and Delivery, we have appointed several key positions and, are now looking to complete the core Transformation Office team in the following areas:
Enterprise Portfolio and Integrated Planning Manager
Lead the enterprise planning and sequencing cadence across The Warehouse Group's transformation priorities. Bring together business, technology, finance, delivery, dependency and capacity inputs to develop integrated planning scenarios, roadmap views and trade-off recommendations that support enterprise decision-making.
Governance, Reporting & Delivery Assurance Manager
Lead the governance, reporting and delivery assurance disciplines that underpin enterprise transformation. Establish governance rhythms, executive reporting, delivery confidence assessments and escalation pathways that provide leaders with a trusted and evidence-based view of progress, risks, issues and decisions.
Enterprise interdependency, Capacity & Capability Manager
Maintain the enterprise-wide view of dependencies, capacity constraints, capability gaps and feasibility risks. Provide the evidence needed to assess what can realistically be delivered and support informed sequencing, prioritisation and governance decisions.
Reporting and Portfolio Analyst
Own portfolio reporting, dashboards, data quality, metrics and trend analysis across the Transformation Office. Consolidate information from across the portfolio to provide meaningful insights that support governance, planning, delivery confidence and executive decision-making.
We're looking for experienced transformation, portfolio, governance, planning and reporting professionals who have worked successfully within complex enterprise environments.
These are not traditional delivery ownership roles. They are enterprise enablement roles that create the structure, insight, governance and challenge needed to help delivery teams and business owners succeed.
You'll thrive in this environment if you
- Enjoy working with complexity, ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Can turn incomplete or conflicting information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and facilitating difficult trade-off conversations.
- Have strong analytical judgement and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Can build credibility through evidence-based thinking and communication.
Depending on the role, you may bring experience in
- Enterprise portfolio planning, integrated planning or large-scale programme planning.
- PMO, EPMO, governance or delivery assurance environments.
- Enterprise transformation, portfolio or programme management.
- Reporting, analytics, insights and performance measurement.
- Capacity, capability or dependency management.
- Stakeholder engagement, facilitation, influencing and negotiation.
Most importantly, you’ll embody the leadership qualities that define success at TWG - being humble, hungry and smart, coupled with a strong customer mindset.
The scope and profile of these roles are genuinely rare. You will have the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide decisions, work alongside senior leaders and help establish a capability that will shape how transformation is delivered across The Warehouse Group for years to come.
