This position is recruiting for a Manufacturing Technician located in Raynham, MA.

Makes key day-to-day contributions as a support individual team member who analyzes and executes tasks that are typically routine. Provides inter-departmental support on an ad-hoc basis to support the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance goals and objectives. Follows and applies routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Complies with high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

You will be responsible for

  • Maintains manufacturing equipment which may include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
  • Assists in installation and setups changeovers of production asset machinery.
  • Repairs malfunctioning equipment as corrective maintenance activities.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements related to asset reliability.
  • Updates required documentation, including maintenance and repair logs.
  • Assists with report preparation for malfunctioning equipment.
  • Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Applies safety procedures to all work including asset and site LOTO procedures.
  • Sources parts and supplies in accordance with department procedures for production assets as needed.
  • The following must be included for all positions:
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to peers and next management level cross-functionally.
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, you are responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements

Education

  • Vocational, Certificate, Technical or Associates.

Experience and Skills

Required

  • Generally, Requires 8 Years Work Experience.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Related equipment maintenance experience and/or training.
  • Able to work in an ISO Class 8 Clean Room environment requiring gowning.
  • Basic Computer skills (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer, Chrome) required.
  • Able to supply own hand tools/rollaway toolbox (i.e., screw drivers, socket wrenches, etc.).
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to support cross functional teams including Quality, Operations & Engineering.
  • The ability to lift heavy loads. Stand and/or walk more than 90% of the time and perform twisting and turning activities and in a manufacturing/machine shop environment is required.
  • Must be able to be On Call for week and weekend work as required on rotation with peers to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.

Preferred

  • Training in machining operations and/or electrical/electronic preferred.
  • Clean room experience is a plus.
  • The ability to read and interpret complex assembly drawings, electrical and pneumatic schematics preferred.
  • Experience with automation including highly complex mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, PLC, and motion controllers preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is

$55,000.00 - $88,550.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
