Mfg.Footprint&Strategy Mgr.

• What you will do：
• 1.Prepare strategy and annual KFA for Asia mfg team.
• 2.Review and evaluate progress of annually KFA together with each department.
• 3.Lead factory expansion and re-layout project.
• 4.Monthly review and report the progress of footprint projects.
• 5.Prepare business case study to management team for product transfer projects.
• 6.Responsible for product transfer projects within Asian factories.
• 7.Support India factory operation.
• 8.Work together with AME team and deep dive to the mfg process of our key components, improve our knowhow and help quality/cost control.
• 9.Complete the temporary task asked by CI Director.

• What we want：
• 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in industry engineering or mechanical.
• 2.More than 5 years experience of industry engineering, manufacturing engineer or CI.
• 3.Master Black Belt or Black Belt background.
• 4.With experience of project management.
• 5.Fluent English both in written and oral.
• 6.Good coordination and communication skill.
