WHAT WE'RE RESEARCHING

We're hiring math experts to audit competition-level problems for elementary students. This work ensures that competition materials are mathematically sound, age-appropriate, and clearly written. Your feedback directly improves the quality and fairness of the testing rubrics.

HOW IT WORKS

You will participate in a remote session to review a set of elementary math olympiad questions and their corresponding grading rubrics. We will ask you to verify the technical correctness of the solutions and identify any ambiguous wording. You will also assess whether the difficulty aligns with elementary competition standards. The process involves walking us through your reasoning as you evaluate each problem.

WHO THIS IS FOR

We welcome elementary math teachers, olympiad coaches, curriculum developers, and mathematicians with a background in early education. You should have strong experience working with gifted students or competition math frameworks. Candidates must be comfortable evaluating grading rubrics and articulating mathematical concepts simply.
