Your mission

职位描述：

1、有效执行公司及所在区域的学术推广策略，制定个人绩效计划，确保绩效目标的完成及超越完成。

2、根据市场策略开展学术推广，完成目标客户日常拜访及学术推广工作，合理安排客户拜访，与目标客户保持良好长期的合作关系。

3、积极有效开发新客户，了解目标客户情况。

4、严格执行公司各项市场活动，准确传递产品信息。

5、收集目标区域市场动向，及时向地区经理汇报。

6、收集不良反应信息，及时将相关信息汇报给公司相关部门。

7、按照公司要求及时、真实的完成各项工作报表。

8、100%遵守合规所有相关规定。

9、完成公司和上级主管安排的其他工作任务。

任职条件：

1、本科及以上学历，医学或药学相关专业。

2、1-2年肿瘤领域工作经验，肺癌乳腺癌经验优先。

3、执行能力强，良好的语言表达能力及沟通协调能力，有KOL把控能力优先。

4、为人稳重，有责任心、有良好的团队合作能力和抗压能力。
