Your mission

职位描述：

1、根据市场情况与大区经理沟通制定所辖区域的学术推广计划并实施。

2、 分解辖区内的工作任务目标，跟踪并监督区域内市场计划的执行情况并作出反馈。

3、维护区域内KOL的合作关系，建立良好的沟通渠道，配合区域市场经理有效的执行市场活动，确保费用在预算内的活动计划有效执行。

4、目标区域市场的开发与维护，建立良好的客户关系。

5、全面负责下属代表的日常管理、协同拜访与辅导。负责团队的费用预算管理与优化、绩效目标设定与评估、以及人才发展与能力建设，打造高绩效、高素质的团队。

6、严格遵守公司合规政策并辅导员工严格执行公司的合规政策。

7、完成公司和上级主管安排的其他工作任务。

任职条件：

1、本科及以上学历，医学或药学相关专业。

2、2年以上地区经理工作经验，肿瘤药肺癌、乳腺癌背景优先。

3、了解区域内的药品相关法律法规，对市场有较强的敏锐度，并有较强的开发能力。

4、专业性强，具有较强的抗压能力，具有分析和解决问题的能力，有较强的沟通与表达能力，具有亲和力和领导力。
