About The Role
Major responsibilities: Engineer - QA will be responsible for
- Work across a wide range of platforms including Android, iOS, Windows, and production tools, ensuring high-quality releases
- Test automation and contribute to the evolution of our testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team, working closely with Software- and Firmware developers
- Integrate automated tests into our DevOps toolchain, contributing to continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Work with communication interfaces such as Modbus and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), ensuring robust connectivity and data exchange.
Requirement profile
- Formal education: B.E. / B. Tech/ M. Tech
- Professional experience: 4-7 years’ experience; Proven experience and references in using the technologies in a real-world production environment for at least a year

Should possess very good knowledge in the areas of
- Experience with Hardware preferably in Electronics or a setup similar to use. Communication interface (Modbus, BLE)
- Integration testing (Communication between device & system)
- Platform Versatility: Experience testing across mobile apps (Android & iOS), Windows tools, and production systems.
- Test Automation Expertise : Solid experience with Eggplant, Selenium or similar tools, and the ability to design, implement, and maintain automated test suites.
- Manual Testing Skills: Ability to perform exploratory and structured manual tests when automation is not feasible.
- Quality Mindset: A strong focus on reliability, usability, and performance in every test you design.
- Problem Solving: Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Test Planning & Execution: Ability to create detailed test plans, execute integration tests, and support release testing.
- Test Case Design: Strong skills in writing clear, structured, and reusable test cases that cover functional, regression, and edge scenarios.
- DevOps Collaboration: Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and working with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
- Interface Knowledge: Familiarity with Modbus and BLE protocols, and experience testing communication between devices and systems.
