About The Role

Responsible for effective deployment of resources through manpower planning, shop loading and output delivery as per Plan in Forged Valve Assembly
Completion of production orders within lead time.
Monitoring the production booking in the shift.
Reducing rework and rejection on continuous basis.
Maintain shop floor discipline and 5 S activities
Co-ordinate for third party inspection and offer valves for inspection.
Co-ordinate with internal customers such as Maintenance, MRP, Store, QM, Assembly, IED/ Tool Engineering to ensure process standards and timely delivery as per plan.
Complying ISO 9001 ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certification requirements
Complying API & TSG certification requirements
