About The Role

  • Are you an experienced Dental Assistant Office Manager who knows how to keep a practice running smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for both patients and staff?
  • We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Dental Assistant Office Manager to take a leadership role in our growing dental practice.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the daily operations of the dental office
  • Lead, motivate, and support the front-office team
  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
  • Oversee insurance verification, billing, claims, and collections
  • Monitor production, collections, and practice performance
  • Help improve patient retention and overall patient experience
  • Handle staff coordination, training, and performance management
  • Maintain compliance with office policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the dentist/doctor to achieve practice goals
  • Help create a positive, professional, and welcoming office culture .

Requirements

  • Experienced in dental office management
  • A strong leader and excellent communicator
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing people and resolving workplace issues
  • Knowledgeable about dental insurance, billing, and collections
  • Familiar with dental practice management software
  • Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
  • Results-driven while still compassionate and team-oriented

Benefits

  • $65,000 - $75,000 plus production bonuses
  • Heath Insurance (50% after 1 year)
