About The Role

Build the Sigma Software brand in the Albanian market and represent the company at a country level to create a positive image and strong visibility
Grow the company's local network and reputation across the market
Assess local market conditions and identify recruiting and business opportunities, coordinating with external recruiting partners as needed
Retain and grow the local team while monitoring employee engagement and morale
Build a strong team through coaching, training, and development, bringing out the best in office personnel
Coordinate with and report to senior management, making recommendations to improve Customer experience and drive growth
Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions to address challenges and capture growth opportunities
Share knowledge with other offices and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities
Ensure compliance with high ethical standards and all applicable regulations and laws
Experience in a similar role or as a Recruitment/HR Lead
Strong understanding of the local Albanian market
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask 
Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
