Product Owner

The Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritising, and managing the delivery of features and enhancements across customer engagement and CRM platforms. This role acts as the strategic link between business teams, technical teams, and platform vendors, ensuring that products, systems, and workflows effectively support the company’s customer engagement strategy. The Product Owner owns the product backlog, drives platform optimisation, ensures the successful rollout of new functionalities, and monitors overall performance to maximise value delivery. This role also serves as the operational bridge between marketing, product, BI, and platform vendors, ensuring seamless execution of customer engagement initiatives. They will monitor platform performance, support rollouts, escalate issues, manage SLAs, and ensure systems are leveraged to their full potential.
