About The Role

Manager-Planning - Logistics Services is responsible for overseeing the planning function within TG group, managing the route planning and execution for transport and delivery business unit. Linking the operational rosters with headcount and transport plans, the role will act as the primary planning function for the fleet of 2000 vehicles and transported HC of approximately 40k staff daily. The role oversees the team of analysts and supervisors, supporting the business with strategic planning and monthly deployment planning. The role is the primary owner of all fleet related technologies, from power BI, planning system, GPS and telematics and CRM
